The Positive Impact Academy supports young people who are disengaged from mainstream education.
We focus on helping students rebuild confidence, develop stability and move forward into education, training or employment.
OUR APPROACH
We do not walk in and fix things overnight.
We take our time and build it properly. Learning is shaped around the young person, not the other way around.
One student might be working through LEGO, another through art. Different routes, same learning, better engagement.
Every learner follows an individualised learning plan with regular reviews, allowing programmes to evolve alongside their progress, strengths and changing needs.

Secondary & Post-16
Specialist Alternative Provision combining academic learning, vocational education, targeted interventions and pastoral support to help learners re-engage with education and prepare for positive futures.
Primary
Early intervention that helps children re-engage with learning and build confidence from a younger age.
School AP
Delivered in partnership with schools to support students in a more flexible and personalised way.

SAFEGUARDING IS OUR PRIORITY
All Academy staff are trained in safeguarding. We have multiple Designated Safeguarding Leads and work closely with local authorities and families to keep students safe.
