FROM THE BOYS IN BLUE TO POSITIVE IMPACT

Positive Impact started long before it had a name.

It began with "The Boys in Blue", a small group built on showing up, building trust and being consistent for young people who needed it. No big structure, no systems. Just people putting the time in and doing things properly.

In 2017, our founders turned that work into Positive Impact.

What started with a focus on supporting young people through education has grown into something wider. Today, Positive Impact works across education, youth work and community, supporting people at different stages of their lives.

That growth has never been about expanding for the sake of it. It has come from responding to what people actually need, not what systems expect.

The approach has never changed:

Show up. Stay consistent. Build relationships. Be there when it matters.

OUR MISSION
To create spaces where people feel safe, listened to and understood. Not managed, not processed.
OUR PURPOSE
To step in when things are not working and do the human work first. To rebuild trust and help people reconnect with education, community and themselves.
OUR VISION
A future where support comes earlier, feels more human and does not need to last forever because people have been supported strongly enough to move forward.

OUR APPROACH

We are laid back in how we are with people, but we are serious about what we do. Our human-first approach means we build relationships, we stay consistent, we keep things calm and we don't make promises we cannot keep.
