James Armson

Founder & Director (DSL)

James founded Positive Impact in 2017 and has built the organisation from the ground up through direct work with young people and communities. He leads with a clear focus on relationships, consistency and doing the job properly.

David Strong

Director of Operations (DSL)

David oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation across all sites. He plays a key role in maintaining standards, supporting staff and ensuring consistency across every area of delivery.

Leah Grant

Director of The Foundation

Leah joined Positive Impact in 2018 as an Education Mentor and has grown with the organisation into her current role as Head of Foundation. Over time, she has become a central part of the organisation, helping to shape and lead the Foundation’s work across the community. In May 2025, Leah became a Director of the Foundation alongside James and David. She now oversees all Foundation activity, as well as contributing to Positive Impact’s wider consultation work with external organisations.
